This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or third-party scripts. Our web server keeps access logs (IP address, page requested, time, referring page and browser) for security and troubleshooting. They are kept for 30 days and then deleted. If we add analytics later, this page will say so first.

Booking a free workflow audit

Booking runs on Cal.com, which is a separate service with its own privacy policy. The form asks for your name, email and a few questions about your practice's workflow. We use those answers to prepare for the call and to reply to you.

No patient information

Please don't include patient information in the booking form, in email, or on the call. The audit is about your workflow, not about any patient.
